We accept most major credit and debit cards, bank wire transfers, ACH, and we also have several financing options for both the initial fees and the success fees for 6, 12, and 24 months in the United States (Affirm) and most countries around the world (Klarna).

How Do You Optimize My Profile for Job Boards?
We optimize both the front-end (visible) and back-end (not visible) of your job board profiles to ensure it appears at the top of search results when companies, hiring managers, or recruiters are searching for you

What Is the Process for Preparing My Resume & Cover Letter?
Once the contract is signed, you will forward your most recent resume and historical resumes to us for review. It takes us 2 days to prepare our initial round of questions. It will then take you 2-3 days to respond to our questions and then approx. 4-5 days to prepare a draft for review. It may then take a few days to finalize and then two additional days to update and optimize your job board profiles including LinkedIn. In total – approx. 2 weeks to complete Phase 1of our Job Search Coaching. We will normally prepare a 3- or 4-page resume that will be used to populate job board profiles and a 2 page version to use for physical job applications.

What Is the Process for Preparing My LinkedIn Profile?
We will update and optimize your LinkedIn profile as part of Phase 1. This includes the resume and cover letter preparation process. This includes Headline, About, Titles, roles and responsibilities, skills, endorsements, and job opening alerts.

Do You Provide Interview Preparation Coaching?
It is included in the Success Fee Job Search Coaching. We provide interview preparation, including coaching and pre-interview Zoom calls to ensure you are well-prepared for recruiter interviews, HR, Talent Acquisition, and Hiring Managers.

Which Job Boards Do You Recommend?
We recommend LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and Zip Recruiter along with The Ladders, and Execunet for salaries over $200K. There are also other industry specific job boards (finance, engineering, marketing, non-profit, security clearance, etc.).The are also other country specific job boards in Europe and Asia

Do You Have a Client Code of Conduct?
Yes - This Client Code of Conduct and Mission aims to establish the ethical principles and rules of conduct that shall govern the actions of our clients with whom we may enter into a contractual relationship with. By defining these rules, we aim to promote our firm commitment to a strong relationship based on based on values, trust, and respect. Will I Have Access to The Updated Resume, Bio, Cover Letters, And Other Documents In Editable Form?
Yes – final copies of all job search documents will be sent for your records.

Ken Zwerdling – CEO will be the one writing the resumes and coaching you for interview preparation.

What Is the Typical Duration of The 1st Phase of the Engagement?
On average, Phase 1 of the job search coaching should take 2-Weeks

What Format Should My Resume Be In?
Your resume will be created in an MS Word version and saved in a PDF format as well.

For Success Fee Job Search Coaching - What Is the Typical Duration of The Contract?

What Is the Success Fee, How Is It Calculated and How is itPaid?
The job search success fee is 10%-15% of the base salary plus any signing bonuses. Other projected bonuses, profit sharing, commissions or equity are not included in the fee calculation. We have multiple payment options including agreeing to pay the entire fee within 2 months after the start of a new position or utilizing our 6-, 12, or 24-month payment options.

Will Global Expansion Be Compensated by The Company If You Submit Me Like a Recruiting Firm?
No, we are not recruiters. We do not charge the company a fee. You are our client and are responsible for our fees. If we do not secure you a position during the 4-month engagement, there are no fees paid.

Will We Build a Version of The CV That Accurately Captures The Type Of Roles You Are Pursuing?
Yes, after reviewing all the job search documents you send, along with our discussions, we will mutually agree where the focus should be. We DO NOT customize each resume for each application. We find roles that match your background, not try to reshape your background based upon an individual position.

Will We Manage the Job Search Per Industry and Location?
Yes, we can prioritize the job search by states, cities, industries, etc., according to your job search geographic preferences including onsite, hybrid, or remote.

What Access Will I Have to The Tracking Information For All Positions Applied to in Your Search?
You will have access to all positions applied to, links to the job descriptions, company names, and the dates we applied. This information will be contained within a Google doc that you will have access to in real time.

What Is Your Success Rate?
We have had clients get interviews and job offers within 30 days, while others can take 4 -6 months. We average between 75 to 100 interviews per month for our clients

How Do You Ensure the Confidentiality of My Job Search?
We take confidentiality very seriously. All information related to your job search is kept strictly confidential (privacy policy) and is only shared with potential employers with your explicit consent. If you need to keep your job search confidential from your current employer, we will take additional steps to make sure this does not happen.

What Is the Definition Of "Finding A New Job"?
Finding a new job means you accepting and starting a new job, not just getting an offer. Our fees are only paid, only after our clients start a new position.

Is The Fee for The Success Fee Job Search Coaching Service A One-Time Fee?
Yes, the success fee is a one-time 10% fee based on the annual base salary and any signing bonuses.

Will I Need to Create A New Email For You To Manage My Job Search?
Eventually, yes. It’s not necessary to begin, but probably in a few weeks when we are close to completing everything. We recommend creating a brand-new Gmail address for your job search. It is best not to combine your job search email with your personal email because you will be getting a great deal of mail. We would need to know the password to access this new address so we can confirm job board account activations after they are created. If we will be managing your search after everything is completed, we would need access to this account on a daily basis. If we do not manage the search going forward, you can change the PWs when Phase 1 of the job search coaching is completed.

What Happens If I Find My Own Job Within The 4 Months?
If you find your own job within the 4 months, the success fee still applies unless the opportunity is listed in the exclusions section of the contract at time of signing. After execution of this agreement by you and for the 4-month period, while engaged with Global Expansion (d.b.a. JobSearchCoaching.net) during the contract period, any New Employment accepted by you regardless of the source, will be subject to the Success Fee except as stated in the "Success Fee Exclusions" clause of our agreement. For purposes of our agreement, New Employment shall mean the acceptance by you of any new position with any employer, regardless of the source of such position or employment opportunity or the manner in which such opportunity was introduced to or found by you. The acceptance of a position and determination of targeted searches, locations, roles and companies are at your sole discretion.

How Do You Handle Non-Payment Of Fees?
We take the handling on Non-Payment very seriously. In the event of non-payment, we will give notice to the client, who will have ten days to pay the outstanding fee. If the fee is not paid within this period, interest will begin accumulating at a rate of 2% per month on the outstanding balance. If Client fails to pay any amount when due, or if Global Expansion Inc. retains an attorney to protect its interests under this Agreement, Client shall pay any and all costs and expenses incurred Global Expansion, Inc. in enforcing any terms of, or collecting any monies due under this Agreement including reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs or collection fees and any other expenses. This is why we have implemented 6, 12, and 24-month payment options.

How Do You Handle Success Fees for Positions Found Through Other Sources?
Unless the opportunity is listed in the exclusions section of the contract, all positions, regardless of the source, require our fee to be paid during the 4 month duration of our contract.

What Happens if a Position is Secured after the contract end date?
At the end of the contract period, if client of Global Expansion decides not to renew the agreement, Success Fees will STILL be payable for any New Employment during a period of 30 days after contract expiration for applications and interviews still in process.

What Are Exclusions to The Success Fee
Acceptance of New Employment that is the direct result of specific applications, discussions and interviews in progress for the specific positions and specific potential employer identified below under “Current Exclusions” at the time of execution of this agreement will be excluded from the Success Fee provided the name of the employer, title of position, and name of contact with contact information at the employer is stated below, along with the status of your candidacy If not so stated in this agreement, all Success Fees will be due in full as provided herein.

Can I Change The Types Of Jobs I Want To Apply For During The Process?
Yes, we can adjust the job search criteria at any time based on the results we are getting and your preferences.

How Do You Handle Job Search Alerts and Application Confirmations?
We manage daily all email accounts, alerts, application confirmations, rejections, and requests for interviews on your behalf.
