In his early career, he worked as an HR specialist for Videocon Industries Ltd., where he hired graduates from top Indian colleges and hired close to 5,000 people in the consumer durables sector. Later, he moved to Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd., where he served as an HR Senior Officer, hiring middle and senior management personnel for the operations and quality sector. He then worked in the financial services and BFSI industries, hiring VPs, Directors, and Senior Managers, before moving on to the manufacturing, technology, non-profit, and automotive sectors. He is currently the Director of Global Job Search and Recruiting where he is in charge of managing clients global job search and recruiting processes for CEOs, COOs, VPs, Directors, IT Heads, and CTOs. He also oversees the full life cycle of job applications and searches for these individuals.
